Brain Nutri provides nutritional therapy, a complementary health practice delivered by qualified, non-medical professionals. Our services are designed to complement, not replace, regulated healthcare in England. Consultations typically include:

• Taking a detailed health and lifestyle history.

• Conducting relevant assessments, where applicable.

• Developing a personalized plan, which may include dietary advice, nutritional supplements, lifestyle recommendations, and/or functional testing.

• Monitoring progress and providing follow-up support.

Our therapeutic approach may involve a range of techniques, including but not limited to dietary guidance, supplement recommendations, lifestyle advice, and health assessments.

2. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with Brain Nutri’s services, you agree to:

• Disclose Health Information: Provide complete and accurate details of all diagnosed medical conditions, current symptoms, and medications (past and present). You must promptly inform Brain Nutri of any new medical conditions, symptoms, or medications, including if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant or breastfeed.

• Communicate Concerns: Notify Brain Nutri if you do not understand or are uncomfortable with any recommendations or aspects of your care.

• Seek Additional Care: Understand that Brain Nutri’s services do not prevent you from seeking treatment from other healthcare professionals, and you are encouraged to consult with medical practitioners as needed.

 

3. Safety and Risks
Brain Nutri prioritizes your safety and well-being. While we strive to provide safe and effective recommendations, there is a possibility of side effects, adverse reactions, or lack of therapeutic benefit. You are encouraged to raise any questions or concerns with your practitioner at any time.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy for Products
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Brain Nutri, you may return it under the following conditions:

• Returns must be received by Brain Nutri within 30 days from the date you received your order.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.

• To request a refund, return the product along with the original invoice included with your order. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, Brain Nutri will process a full refund to your original payment method.

• Opened containers will not be accepted for refund unless the product is deemed faulty or defective.

• If the return is due to an error on Brain Nutri’s part (e.g., incorrect or faulty product), we will refund the postage costs incurred for returning the item. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All information you provide to Brain Nutri is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. Your case information may be used for case studies or reports, but your identity will remain anonymous, and no personally identifiable information will be shared.

You are free to purchase any recommended products (e.g., supplements) from a vendor of your choosing. You are under no obligation to purchase products directly from Brain Nutri.
